How to upload app to google play store

Follow these steps to successfully upload your app to google play store

Pre-requisites:

  1. You need a valid Google Play Console Developer Account
  2. You need to download release version (.aab file) of your app from 47shops account
  3. You need to download launcher of your app (512 X 512 px) from your 47shops account
  4. You need a banner for your app (1024 X 500 px)
  5. At least 4 screenshots of your app are needed
  6. One Demo account is required to get the app approved.

Once you have above things handy, Simply follow the steps below to successfully upload your app and submit it for review by Google.

  1. Open Google Play Developer Console in your browser
  2. Click on Create App on the right top corner
  3. Enter App Name
  4. Select "App" as option in "App or Game" Section
  5. Select "Free" as option in "Free or Paid"
  6. Fill up other details and Click "Create App"
  7. Once done, Click on "Store Presence" > "Main Store Listing"
  8. Fill up App Name, Short Description, Full Description
  9. Upload 512 X 512 px Logo in App Icon Section
  10. Upload Screenshots in Screenshots Section
  11. Save and Continue
  12. Click on "Store Presence" > "Store Settings"
  13. Select Category as "Shopping" in the form
  14. Enter your support email and Save
  15. Click on App Content and you will be given 8 tasks: Privacy Policy, Ads, App Access, Content Ratings, Target Audience and Content, News Apps, Covid 19 Section and Data Safety
  16. All the above tasks have questionaires and straight forward. Complete those tasks and Continue.
  17. Click on "Release" > "Production"
  18. Choose "Countries / Regions" Tab
  19. Add all countries
  20. Click on "Create New Release"
  21. Upload release version of the app (.aab file)
  22. Complete the details and Click on "Review  Release"
  23. Click on "Start Rollout to Production". And Done.
